what the heck does all of that mean? Is this Canadian language Terry? :D

Oooops, thought it was going in plain language. Its the aviation forcast for HSV, basically says it's pretty shitty, windy with thunderstorms on the way.

You can tell it's not Canuk because there's no eh's in there eh!

Ahhh....now those are terms I can understand eh!

:D

Most of you guys don't talk like Canadians! They do have a good sense of humor too! :D

How does a Canadian spell Canada?

C, eh?, N, eh?, D, eh?

Too bad that they've got some nasty stuff coming in. At Legg Lake they're kicking ass and taking names!

Congrats to Grahm Latham of Bermuda. He is the 9th member of the CMDRACING 100 MPH CLUB.

He drove his Twin MAC 84 powered SGX through the traps at 107 mph at Huntsville on Friday. In doing so earned his IMPBA 105 mph patch.

Not bad for his first ever time trial event and only three passes before the water went bad.

We had about two hours of good water on Saturday. Graham made another 100mph+ pass. I came within a half a cat's whisker of the 45 outboard tunnel record. I even made one pass that somersaulted on to the shore and landed back in the water with little or no damage. I think I kept the guys in the pits on their toes!

I went just to watch since I had never been to a time trial and really saw some fast stuff. The water finally cleared and really got right about 1:30 and allowed the boats to run the rest of the afternoon on Saturday .The 107 MPH pass of the hydro was really a sight to see. Then Bob's 7.5 Straight away pass at 74.9??? got my blood going since tunnels is in my blood anyway. I think he was just 1/100 of a second off the record. There were a few .21 tunnels there trying to break the oval record. Ernies Lafluer's HTB boat powered by a Nova Rossi completed the most attempts and ran the fastes times of the tunnels at a flat 27 seconds just 1.1 off the record. He also ran a straightaway pass at 58.5. Carl Van Hotten was there with one of his Lynx's boat set up with a Mac bolted to a OS foot and made a few passes at 30 seconds and 29 plus but to be fair to him the boat just did not like the setup. Tim and Josh were also there with there Lynx but the water gremlins kept them from recording any times.

The weather was way tought this weekend for sure. The .21 tunnels had thier hands full. The best posted time did come from Ernie it was his first try Friday morning at 27.082-- 1.187 off the record. The best attempt I have witnessed so far was Ron Drake's first attempt at it last month it was 26.123-- .228 off the record. We had good speed & handling but did not make it thru the last lap on any attempts turn 4-5 was way tough. I believe one of these guys chasing the record will get it real soon. :D
