I will run 8 cells and want to go as fast as possible. Any ideas on a prop or any other ideas on how to make this boat scream?

A 12 (D5 generation) -13 (D4) might be more satisfactory. The 10 turn wont last long on 8 cells unless its a large comm motor. The prop - generally something like the X430 X432 should be a good place to start and work up to something with more speed as you get the hull setup
