Anyone have feedback on the GP tunnell hull?? Take a look at the add on e-bay 3131876834. Please let me know your thoughts...

Had one, sold it fast and cheap. It is thin plastic so the hull flexes. The radio box is junk. You attach the motor with sheet metal screws. There is an article in the Archives of this site somewhere on how to make it better. Best advice from me, find another hull. There are too many other good boats out there.

Sorry, but I had to tell the awful truth in my opinion. When I saw it at first, I thought that it might have potential. The sponsons have the look of the Aerotechs, Hornets and some other hot 7.5 tunnels but from there the rest was a disappointment. Heavier ABS and a decent radio box would have made a world of difference! I even made a better looking windshield decal to replace the butt-ugly one that came with the kit.
