Actually the same time that I posted here I e-mailed Cathie and she sent me a set of the rules. They are beyond basic and from what I read it is a wide open hydro class. Put a scale paint job on a rigger and call it the Winston and off you go.

Is there a pipe coverage rule? I hope not.

There is no pipe coverage rule. The way the gas rules are written a traditional sport hydro is not legal to run in gas hydro, but an outrigger can run in sport hydro.
