I ran this same motor about 10 years ago. Ron passed away at least 5 years ago so that will give you an idea that it does not share many parts with a Nova Rossi.

It was a great mono motor but did not have the torque for the heavy hydros of the day. Likes to scream. I'm sure it would be good for the new lighter hydros.
