Does he have a model number? Are you kidding me? What is the title of the thread?

Here is a link to the radio on Futaba's web site so you don't have to do any research on your own.

Hey Harry....lighten up on the caffine! There is a 3PM FM for $109 and a 3PM spectrum for $179. He claims he paid $139. I think every one is wondering if he paid too much for a FM or got a great deal on a spectrum radio. Not everyone is a rocket scientist that can read minds. We are mere mortals. You will have to forgive us.

Thanks Dr Hydro for that reply and also hutch for your first reply. As far as the other posts, this is the last place that I thought I would see that type of posting. As the indy masters was the first time I had been to a race and also the first time I had driven a boat I'm sorry that I don't fit into your category as being one of the, everyone being familiar with this type of radio. I thought forums were for asking questions. Yes, I did go to the futaba website and also the tower hobbies website. When you see an fm and a 2.4 ghz radio and they are also grouped with different sets of servos and you can also find 3 pages of different types of futaba servos and add to that a thread in the general category yesterday about a radio and digital servos it adds just a little more confusion to the process as I start to build my first boat. Next time I'll try to not to act like such a newbie if ask another question.
