Hi, Friends!

Some of you get my BM air pump based flow meter last year.

I would like to know how it works for you. Do you need any help?

Please let me know any comments or complains you have.

Fellow boaters asked a lot of questions how to use flow meter. Yours experience will be priceless for beginners. Please, answer for the following questions:

1. How often you are using Flow Meter.

2. Size of engine and readings related to this size.

3. Your overall rating and comments.

If it will not bother you, please share yours experience on INTERNATIONAL WATERS, general forum.

I’ll start new batch of Flow meters by the end of May, 2008.

Flow meter readings from customers I got last year:

engine size min average max

.21 readings 78 107 135

.20 readings 78 84 90

.45 readings 56 64 70

.67 readings 53 57 60

.90 readings 46 49 50

You can find flow meter pictupes in my album. Thanks. Boris Mazor.

I don't have any numbers but this flow meter is a work of art, and is the real deal. I've used it from a .12 to a .90 and it works great. Good job Boris and thanks for making an awsome product!!!! Ryon

Ideal weather conditions  with 3rd channel my numbers to launch boat are very simple. 21 @ 90 45 @ 70 67 @ 60 90 @ 50. Calibrated to 300 @ start of day. ;) ;) B) B)

Ray,

Remember, Atlanta is over 700 ft ABOVE sea level, and the figures you have obtained are at SEA level. I have the same challenge when I go to Atlanta, which seems to be a greater difference in April's race than their Sept race for some unknown reason to me. Be ready for more adjustments.

The flow meter is just a great bit of kit and very easy to use (good for me). I just got a second hand Mac21 in a RR extreme and fond the settings to be 65 – 125. So far I have leaned it out to 85 and looks good. More testing this weekend. Appreciate any other numbers you guys are using.

Nigel.

Thanks John, Ideal is at sea level. I have numbers from last year @ Atlanta, also Greenbrier which is approx. 800' ASL. B) B) We'll see. ;)

This flow meter is very useful to tune up twins! I'll be glad to get numbers for .12 and .18 engines! So far no any numbers! Thanks. Boris

Hi Boris,

Since I have only gotten back in the sport last year, I have not bought a flow meter yet but would like to be put on the list for one when you have them ready. B)

Thanks,

Dave
