Converting CMB 21 LS to outboard

From a friend I can buy a cmb21 LS (green head) that has been used with gears. I want to convert it to the outboard version to use on my leecraft xtr21. As far as I can think of, I need a new backplate and crank (flywheel I use from my k& B) . Am I correct?

Can anyone help me what the best place is to get the parts?
