Hi Winston, no Peter is from Germany, right outside of Berlin. You will have to get the boat from him, as I am only the US distributor and have agreed to not sell boats to anyone in the EU area. He will take care of you. As for the other parts of the boat, I will reply to your email with that info. Thanks, James
