Hi Jeff, That is really thick and will be heavy. I would use .025 and laminate with plywood if you need thickness.

Consider G10 unless you want the CF Look. I've never had to use more than 1/16" thick.

hobbyking do carbon sheet at good prices..but not 1/8" thick..are you planning on walking on this?? will be real strong & heavy!
