carbon fiber pipe repair ???

i have a carbon fiber pipe. not sure who makes it or how old it is. but it keeps cracking at the nipple to the header and ive repaired it twice with JB weld. but i think it needs to be reenvorced so my question is can i use regular fiberglass resin and cloth to wrap the pipe were im having the trouble ?????

Dan you want to be careful using normal epoxy resin as it starts to soften at around 50 degrees C, www.salisburypowerpipes.com are the makers, give them a shout.

I also make a CF pipe. I have the resin and overbraid to perform a repair. The problem will be getting all of the oil out of the existing laminate. But I'm willing to give it a try.
