Try www.jimbouy.com We use their water ski course bouys and they work well. The only problem we have is they jump out in front of boats from time to time. If you find bouys that don't, let everyone know!!

For practice bouy we used old gallon water/milk jugs...painted orange...cheap and easy to accumulate if everyone brings some when they use the facility.

For racedays...poly form inflatable buoys. No debris when hit and they will never damage a boat.
