What is everyone using for the zoomies and the scoop and top of supercharger that sticks out of the top of the cowl? Does anyone carry these accessories?

Insane sells a nice dummy motor. I did some simple mods to mine but I do like the way they look.

Nice job getting that installed over the gas engine. It looks really good. I’m after more of a GP theme vs. an unlimited. I was hoping maybe someone just offered the parts that stick out of the cowl but I can’t find anything readily available.

I understand! Try looking at Hot Rod toys, you might be able to find something that you can adapt.
This was online at Walmart…

Thanks for the heads up Chris. Those are exactly what I’d be looking for. Trying to figure out if these will work scale wise. They say they’ll fit 1/10 to 1/8 cars which leads me to believe they won’t but then I see the measurement and it makes me wonder. I may just give one of these a try for the price. I can probably just make the zoomies myself.

Just as a follow up, since they were cheap I also ordered the RPM blower and Header Pipes that are designed for 1/10- 1/8. I thought they looked a little big in some pics so figured I’d give it a shot. They just aren’t big enough on the Lauterbach, they don’t even look close to being scale size. So a couple days later the 1/6 scale Liberty Hemi came in. After some searching I found the screws to get the headers and blower off. The size is going to be just right. It might be a little more weight than I was anticipating though, but I’ll be cutting all but the top 1/3 or so off the blower so should reduce the weight a little. Here’s a little mock up I did.
