Hey Gang,
The Atlanta Model Boaters will be hosting our annual Grand Prix race on July 22nd & 23rd. The race is "unofficially" being dubbed "THE SUMMER SIZZLER" as it is bound to be a HOT one. Atlanta in July is steamy to say the least...
This race is part of the DXIII Grand Prix Series. The GP races kick off @ noon on Saturday and typically finish up before 2-3PM on Sunday. Open water runs on Saturday from 9AM until 12PM. We run 14 classes @ these events and time permitting we fit in 4 rounds of racing. The classes will be offered:
- SPORTB,B,D AND OPEN TUNNELS
- SPORT 40
- 60 SCALE
- OPEN NITRO CAT
- 23-30 LSG CAT
- 23-30 LSG MONO
- LSG SPORT HYDRO
- OPEN LSG MONO
- OPEN LSG HYDRO
- OPEN LSG OFFSHORE
- LSG CRACKERBOX
