Hey Gang,
Several people have been inquiring as to the Open Water situation for this year's Spring Nats.
We will be setting-up/prepping the pond Thursday the 19th @ 9AM EST. As soon as pond prep and set-up is complete the pond will be open for "Uncontrolled" Open Water. The weather was horrible this past weekend so we have some weed eating to do, sub buoys to clean, etc... What exactly does "Uncontrolled" Open Water mean? That means there will be a retrieve boat on hand for your convenience, but there will not be a CD on the stand "controlling" the situation. You are basically ON YOUR OWN...
Friday the 20th is "Controlled" Open Water from 9AM-5PM EST. This is your typical Open Water session with a CD on the stand overseeing the "festivities". No more than X boats on the water at the same time and when there are X boats dead in the water everyone must come in so the retrieve boat can go out... etc...
At the moment the weather forecast for this weekend is ABSOLUTELY beautiful. Let's hope Mother Nature doesn't change her mind.
See you @ the pond!
Thanks,
