45 Outboard Pipe ID.

Hi Folks..

I'm thinking this is an Aerotech J-Pipe, but I'm not sure. Can someone help me ID this? It has a 5/8" id. header, a 3/8" id. stinger, the stinger is 1 1/4" long, 1 3/4" od. at the power band, which is 1 1/4" long.

Does anyone use these anymore?
