.21 Outboard Pipe

I was told it is a .21 Irwin Outboard Pipe. Asking $75 plus shipping in the USA.

Not a cooper. Either an irwin (my guess, due to the welds), or a jyd version of an irwin. Both good pipes & reasonably quiet. A cooper has a cast "J"/divergent section.
