- Carrier Motor Home Air conditioning unit on top for super cold.

- Completely wired with circuit breaker box, to outlet plug on the outside of the trailer.

- Trailer is carpeted.

- Work bench on the right side with 2 levels of storage underneath.

- On the left side there are 3 enclosed Rubbermaid Cabinets.

- In front of the trailer, there is a complete bench seat built, and the top lifts off for storage inside.

- Over the workbench is a Clear front display case with peg board for keeping boating parts, etc.

- Trailers has new tires and is in Good Condition
