new to this i have a small tunnel and a 3.5 stock motor and it runs great on the stand and when i put it out to run it dies.any ideas?what should the needel be set at to start. akk so have a gold 3.5 out board with a muffler on it is it a better engine looks to be air cooled.

i have a 13 k@b out board that i just dont need very good shape i would trade it for a mod 7.5 with a pipe or some outher good out board or a zen 260 or some kind of a good gas boat hull or a good rc gt 10 truck or 200.00 .
