    Help With my Mac 45

    what version MAC are you running? Is it the newer sonic flow motor? I had the same problem. I am running the older version before the sonic flow. I was told to get the newer carb with the smaller bore. I did and no more burned plugs. ;)

    I drill for a hardwood dowel then drill the dowel for the sponson tube. Makes it super strong.

    Don, I knew you couldnt resist. I do own a crapshooter and it runs very well. And John's boats runs better than any boat I have ever seen. Very fast and stable in all conditions. By the way, hows that 21 SGX? Did Andy get it going for ya?

    I would go with the sgx. I saw John Brown's 45 and 67 in Atlanta, and man what a sight. The best by far for handling and speed. And the water was rough!!!! The boat stayed glued to the water and was blistering fast. ;)
