You might be better off buying a whole new engine and selling the powerhead. I looked at getting an OS lower from tower in parts. It worked out to be about the same price as a new engine.

I have seen one of these 'outboards' in action. I highly recommend you don't spend a thing on it. Save up and get yourself a proper .21 outboard. The lower bushings will wear out in a few tanks of fuel. The money you would spend getting a good prop for it would be better spent on a new motor.
