The Rule quoted by Mr. Bellinger from the district 3 rulebook is the 2011 version. The sport 40 class only ran three times last year. To make it a mandatory class that each club must offer it had to run five times. No trophies were awarded for sport 40 last year since it did not make the minimum...

The published entry form says June 10th. I would think most people would expect you to honor it. It clearly sys no late entries.
