Which K&B .67 connecting rod is better ? There is one that looks more like an I-beam design and the other looks more smooth and squared shaped. The smoother one is from the 80's, the other is much newer I believe but which is better??

Does anyone sell a beter propshaft assembly for the 11cc K&B's ? Seems like they are way to sloppy even right out of the bag to be spinning up 20,000+R's with the weight of a prop hanging there.

Any motors out there running ceramic bearings ??? Higher RPM, longer life, lower temps, less friction, and require les lubrication. I found a set for my K&B 11cc outboard I might try. Looking for info.

What would be the + and - ,if any, of painting a .67 K&B outboard or any engine for that mater ?? Would it alter the cooling abillities of the fins ?? Will automotive ceramic engine paint such as VHT hold up to the nitro fuel ?? It is gas and oil proof but I don't know about nitro.
