Hi its been a very long time since have logged in here . I recently was gifted this hull , it’s a Excalibur Flat Bottom hull 36” . I am open to suggestions on what to power it with . Stringers where bonded in crooked , so those are going to be replaced . Thanks Paul

Nice looking piece

For a used Prather tunnel hull , I made a dubbler out carbonfiber . I add holes around the piece that were counter sunk . I ruffed up the dubbler with 80grit on one side . The counter sunk holes gives your bonding adhesive more area to grip

Is there a web page I could look at that shows how the motor cowl,is mounted that I could look at . I know I am not a regular poster just want to buy another if I don't like how it looks . Paul

Getting down to plumbing now . On the K&B the water feed side for cooling , mine has a nipple and what looks like a small tube just below the ride plate . Would it be better to plumb in two new pick ups . One for ESC and one for motor ? and one more question should I inlarge the hole at the top...

Hi looking for photos of servo lay out and radio box for lap cat II

Have too mod bilge area , the lips the cowl sits have drill umpteen times . Reinforced with wood >> done poorly << now going get lightweight aluminum angles that will epoxied and squeeze riveted on to replace the lips >> squeeze riveting << is a aircraft process .

I just bought a used Prather II 27" going run it Brushless . I had a 7.5 K&B would like some conversions photo if possible. Also what Servo would I use . I have new 1/4 scale servos .

7.5 K&B make offer has starter cone carb also .

I am just gutted , I waited for a very long time . Now the guy that was going get this finished . Is taking a quit on me . I live in SoCal and will be looking for a F1 Hull in the 44-46" 20-21 ish new used . Don't want to buy internationally shipping would be a deal killer .
