    NR .21 KEEP carb

Huh I guess I've never dealt with an engine that doesn't come with a needle. Where might you get one and how would you attach it?

    NR .21 KEEP carb

Hello, I've been working on a JAE OB with NR keep (got busy for a while but now I'm back). I started it up and it is spitting fuel and will only run a couple seconds. Obviously very rich. My question is how do you adjust the carb on this motor? I've leaned countless O.S./K&B engines but I can't...

    K/B 45 lower hmmm

Yeah they've been out a while, I got one for my NR 0.67. I've bought a number of engines from MECOA, they seem to be doing ok but probably need more workers.

Hello, Saw at the top of this at the top of this forum: Donate to Intl Waters today! $5, $10, anything helps! I made a donation, but I just wanted to make sure this is a legitimate link. I'm just a little concerned because it doesn't have a poster name. Thoughts?

    Amazing new outboard: The Synchro30

*UPDATE* The radio control outboard website has a boats page and plans to build what is by far the most effective retrieval boat I have ever used. Even if you don't want to spend the money on the outboard unit I would take a serious look at the plans. Wish I could show a picture of the one I...

    Polishing your lower unit

IMPBA rules (referring to B Sport): The lower unit below the cavitation plate may be trimmed, sharpened or polished. No material shall be added to the lower unit. Looks like I was wrong in both cases, shouldn't be a problem!

    Polishing your lower unit

Are you implying that you are allowed to polish the lowers of stock outboards? Is this in NAMBA or IMPBA or both? I really don't know myself so maybe someone else does

    Polishing your lower unit

I'm not sure this is allowed in the stock class...

    Outboard throttle cable housing holder?

Ron, your right after installing both the O.S. and the 707 specialties one, the 707 is worlds better because it holds the cable in a better position and is much more rock solid. Thanks for the info, great find!

    Flex shaft maintance ?

That's about what I do. I've always used Hyperformance or K&B grease for the flex shafts. I haven't been able to find anything that works better

I already got one of the new legs from K&B to put this on, can't wait to get one!

    'Home-made' replacement propshaft & bushing for 7.5 K&B lower.

That's pretty interesting, maybe you can start manufacturing and selling these! Also Hyperformance has great 7.5 prop shafts as well as Nitro Watersports (I'm not sure if you can get those anymore though)
