Really? How far down is your strut from the bottom of the hull and how far down from the bottom of the sponsors?

I see you have your strut bracket mounted to the bottom of the hull. What's the difference between this and mounting it to the transom?

Thanks for all the really great ideas. They have helped a ton. This is my first large hydro and figuring out some of these small ins and outs are tricky.I'm sure I'll have a few more as it comes along

Did you use 2part foam to fill the wings? And do your bolt going into the top wing just thread into the side of the top wing itself or did you add a nut or aluminum inside the top wing?

When the bolts go threw the side wings what do they thread into on the top wing? Also What do yo guys add to the wings to make them float or do they float on their own?

Since we're on the topic of rear wings. Do you guys use nylon screws for the top portion of the aluminum tube brace that runs from the transom up to the top inside of the wings? And stainless screws to attach the aluminum tubes to the transom?

Since mounting brackets have to be used. Has anyone ever used nylon screws? Or is that a bad idea?
