I attended the race on Saturday. It was my first race, and it was a Lot of fun. It was great meeting everyone, and thanks to all who put the race on. I'm going to put some proper race boats together and I'll be back.

I talked with Alfred this morning, and I'm coming to race tomorrow, 3.5 tunnel class. I'm going to try phoning my entry in, otherwise I'll be signing up in the morning. Looking forward to my first boat race and meeting new friends

Thanks Mopar. I raced offroad for years, my Novarossi engines loved 240 to 260, they Scream at those temps! My OS outboard is 80 degrees with restricted water. I'm removing the water and try to get some heat into it. My Top Speed 2 also bounces, I'm going to follow the suggestions here and see...

LOL! The HS81's and the thin 125 and 5125 wing servos are both junk. We call them "Homing pigeons", because they ALWAYS make their way back to Hitec! LOL

The HS81 is a really bad servo. Most hated among glider guys. The plastic geared version blows out looking at it wrong, the MG version is weak and burns out. The HS65mg is an absolute gem of a servo, something like 50 ounces of torque in a smaller package, sliky smooth strong gears too. The...

Mopar, do you know of people running OS that remove the water? With very restricted water, my OS after a full tank temps 80 degrees at the plug.
