    I pulled the carb off, pulled the needle out (clean, no galling) pressured fuel through to see how it came out, pulled the barrel, re installed compressing the O ring as best I could, then blew thru the venturi stopping the fuel port and checking for leaks. All that seems fine. Good question...

    Flex Shaft Removal

    Just happened to me. I cut the stubble flush with with a Mototool and cutoff wheel, then drilled a small hole right down the center. Two drill bits will never be the same, but once the end of the flexshaft was drilled out, it fell to pieces without a mark on the squaredrive.

    The K&B 3.5 SS Head has dimples machined into the perimeter of the combustion volume, five centered toward one headbolt, and three 180 degrees away. Im thinking that these should be oriented in some way with the crankcase, eg. 3 dimples down toward the exhaust port, but I dont have a clue...
