Mac makes a muffled tuned pipe for .12 size engines. Also any of the car pipes that are dual chambered should be quiter than a regular tuned pipe. Try this site, www.macspro.com

Instead of spraying the inside of the servos why don't you cover the outside with plasti-dip,(the stuff you can dip screwdriver handles into) or buy waterproof servos. Dr.Dee

I spent at least an hour trying to balance an octura v937, then i got the idea to measure the blades, one was a little longer than the other two. Once I trimed it to the same length as the others it came into balance pretty easy. This was the first time I have done this and it went a lot quicker...

I scratch built a .12 size rigger and the all up weight without fuel is 52.4 oz. Length is 24 in. width is 13 in. This is the first one I have built and I am wondering if it is heavy, light, or about average. Thanks in advance for any input. Dr.Dee

Try water first, it might loosen it up. If that fails try wd-40 or denatured alcohol but test them on the paint first.

Anything from 37mm to 40mm depending on pitch.
