Jerry, Thanks. I was hoping to hear that they handle well. I have one other ABS boat (Falcon), and like you said, the fuel has made the plastic brittle and it has a ton of cracks all over. I wonder if I'd be better off to fuel-proof it with a coating of Lustre-Kote clear.

Matt, You need to buy a nipple with threads on it to screw into the tuned pipe. Drill and tap the appropriate sized hole either at the widest point on the tuned pipe, or within a quarter inch in front of the widest point, screw the nipple into it (add Loc-Tite), and you are all set. This...
