I liked the looks of these ProBoat hulls. So I ordered one from Matt at Prop Shop Hobbies. Boat, wing and cowl with no guts. I put an OPS in it with some speedmaster hardware. First time out was in the 52-55 mph range. It will carry down the straightaways on only the prop ! absolutely "flies" - Do NOT touch the rudder. I could not get it to setup (settle down) for a turn. Fabbed up about four different turn fins and have tried every combination imaginable. I raced it at the Saginaw race and we ran it a couple more times that summer. It had a few really violent "kiting" crashes and developed stress fractures in the glass so it has rode the bench since.
