My design 90 Rigger, mid 80's

This was a rigger designed and built around a 90 CMB. The plan was to run it at the "Indy Unlimited" back in the day. I sold the hull to Larry Foreman before I completed it. I sold the engine to someone else. I heard it did fine as a 60 rigger, except for the 1/32" ply on the sponsons (not tough enough to smack a bouy at speed). I used carbon fiber tubes for sponson booms (doubled side by side in the back), before they were commonly used in model race boats. I borrowed design ideas from the Coyote, Viper, and some ideas of my own.
