Another homemade piece in the works. After determining the size I wanted, the supercharger inlet scoop was shaped out of closed cell high density foam & then siliconed to a piece of wax paper taped to a wood base board. Then multiple layers of 1/2oz. cloth were applied using West Systems epoxy. After some light sanding it is now ready for it's final couple layers of cloth then it will get removed from the board & trimmed to final shape before fitting it to the cowl.
