Here are the pair of Eddie Hansen Merlin style exhaust stacks being epoxied to what will be the mounting boards when it gets cut in two. The bases were ground to the correct down angle before getting glued to the board. Each stack will then get screwed to matching hardwood blocks epoxied & 'glassed onto the underside of the cowl.
