You can buy them from raidentech.com for about $30.00 as I recall, but they NEED to be heavily modified (motor, speed control, radio, battery) to get them to run (as they come they are toy grade rtr), and you cannot buy the metal pump parts (stator assy, and impeller) I machined these myself. There is an extensive thread on these boats and the mods on rcuniverse.com under speed electric boats, the boat is an NDQ "Tear Into", and the thread is 'Unofficial "NDQ" Tear into Jetboat Thread', it's a huge thread at 101 pages so happy reading! I have a bunch more pics of mine, and descriptions on that thread on pages 64 and 71.
