Inside sponson plates epoxied into place, sponson end plate epoied on after squaring Styrofoam at rear of sponson inside plate. Sponson styrofoam has been cut to shape onthe band saw, desired sponson bottom shape marked on bottom. Excess material to form sponson non trip being cut away with a old hack saw blade.
