Got 3 out of 4 good gears, had the dividing plate wrong and ended up with 32 1/2 teeth on the first one :( Got a wider 12.5mm pinion from Dave Marles, thanks Dave! Made a flywheel and a collet to mount them, hope the effort pays off!
