CONGRATS MARK :) :) I can say you and the rest of your club have made me a better racer. You have not only told me what changes to make ,but showed me what to do to reach higher speeds. I've always been impressed in how your family is as active in this great sport as you are, thats what makes this this sport great. I look foward to racing with for many years and now I can say I was taught by a hall of famer!!!!!! CONGRATS AGAIN

PS. Thanks for feeding me Kim,Love you too :)

Well now that it's all over for this year I would like to thank District 9 for raising the bar on how a Nats should be done. They put on one of the best over all events I have attended.

As far as Mark, all I can say is I can not think of anyone more deserving. I was so happy that I was there to see the award presented to Mark. He has done so much to bring all of us competitors up to a higher level by helping anyone that ask.

Well I got home at 10:30 tonight and just had to put up a post for a fantastic event! The organization was great. The weather was hot as was the racing and even managed to bring a little hardware home. Tony is without a doubt the best pit boss on the planet! Thanks to all for a great event! Greg Roth

Gentlemen,

On behalf of the entire commitee, Roger and I thank you for the comments posted about the 2007 NAMBA Nitro and Gas Nationals. There were a few hiccups along the way but I am glad that most everyone left here with a positive experience. There were a few judging issues that were beyond our control but one thing that I noticed is that everyone seems to have these problems. Someday maybe there will be a way to fix that. There was some great racing and the socializing was great too.

Ok I'm going to go slip into a coma for a couple of days. I'll be back soon.

I'll be posting some pictures of the 2007 NAMBA Nationals and I thought starting with Kent Sterner waving hello with his Lincoln Thrift would be a good one to start with :)

FYI - Chris Wittrig has been handling the posting the results for the nats. I delayed a few days on some of the results and now he is out of town. He was ready each and every day of the nats to post the results every night. Now he is out of town. I am sure he will have them up soon after he returns.
