This has come up before & although low nitro applications like planes & cars might get away with it, I certainly do not recommend this course of action for our motors. We have 2 things to consider- our motors are subject to something planes, heli's, cars' etc. do not see ... water! The methanol in our fuels is a water magnet, it will draw moisture to it. Secondly, nitro is corrosive & we tend to run double to triple in nitro content compared to the aforementioned other nitro applications. So with that being said, that extra couple minutes to blow some WD40 then after run oil thru a motor is well worth it. B)

Once our engines work on alchool never forget to wash them with any good after run.
