New U-4

Yes it is.

Solid motor mount, can't wait to see how loud that is.

Servos mounted in the front.

The bottom and front half of the deck is carbon fiber.

Keep it and rebuild it.

Well the twin boat is coming along. Just waiting on decals to apply and reapply clear coat.
