Well after a lot of looking and not much working I have started aking a cowl for my Fire Fighter gas rigger for my self. Started with a sheet of bass wood and a plastic WW2 Generic canopy for a giant scale plane. I bet the piece or wood to fit the tub. I next trimmed the canopy and glued it to the wood. I also am going to Use a smaller canopy to goe over the opening to cover the Carb. I will use that to make my plug and then my cowl. Tell me what you guys think? It looks pretty cool so far.
