K&B 11,13cc question

Hi Guys,

Did K&B ever make a round rod for the big motors (11,13CC)?

A guy I sold a 13cc motor to is sending me pictures of what he calls "the sloppy, worn out rod" from that motor. the photo shows a round rod like the ones out of a 7.5.

I've never seen a round rod in a "big block"

Am I wrong or is this guy tryin' to hose me??

Hi Bob

I have my 13cc apart at the moment

Had a look at the rod and it is not the "dogbone" type as in the semipro and pro 7.5

I am sure all the 11 and 13 cc motors had the wide rod but i could be mistaken as I

have only played with K&B for the last 5 years so i might be wrong.

My 1989 11cc has the flat rectangle rod. Never seen a round stock rod in an 11cc.
