I did a search for Cheddar models on Google but the only results I got were for steam engines and trains. Is this what you're looking for? If so, there's a lot of links from google search.

take a look here : Stab . They have both Stuart and Cheddar products. The store is 5 miles south of Paris and the nearest metro station is "Villejuif-Louis Aragon" at the end of line 7.

Stll near Paris, there is "MVM Modelisme" (no web site). They may have Cheddar products. It's located 43 rue Voltaire at LEVALLOIS-PERRET, 5 miles west of Paris. Metro line 3, Station "Anatole France".

Otherwise, there is this store in the south west of France Steam.
