No I did not invent the propeller

The fact is that it was an intent to Copy issue here for profit
Period
I have seen no other attempt to exempt this issue other than bashing degrading slashing pleading for removal and simply saying it was a joke
As terms to solve the statement made of Intent to Copy
Now
Lets just finish this nonsense
And
Simply Answer my question
If you can Make a better Propeller
Then Why copy mine or others and change it, bend it,cut it
and call it Your Product with intent for sale for profit
Start for scratch build the NEW
With you own hands
Now that would simply be honest now Right?
Now I did not ever say Kris copied my props
I Stated his own Quote of Intent
with Proof of Sale of NON personal property
of other copied products of mine

The only copies of abc props is aqua craft grimracer prop and I guess they have your permission or made by you, all racers mod your props in one way or another . Just by sharping or balancing the prop is different than you sell it . So your getting mad at Kris for saying he can make the prop better is up to you but if you choose to do that shouldn't you be mad at all the prop guys ( mark ,Andy ,props west , etc.)

I have bin fallowing this and it is a most interesting tread.
I think what the point is that if you have a prop worked it is just that a worked prop.
The prop was still sourced from the original vendor.
Working a prop from a vendor and selling your services to that prop do not take advantage of that original vendor as you obtain that prop from them.
Now you have a one off copy made of a worked prop for your own use that is your choice.
But to have that prop reproduced in quantity for every one to buy is not a good practice as you are making profit from both the modifiers and the vendors work.
That is what I see as the problem with what is being done.
Full size racing boat have the same problems with hull designs. Now if you change a % of the original design it is not a infringement in legal terms.
Not sure if this would apply to RC boat props.
But still dose not seam to be a good ethical practice.

For those of you who have never met Kris, you will be hard pressed to meet a more stand-up, genuine, sincere individual. Kris supplies shafts and his own designed hull, the Dragon series, to the hobby. Years of tweaking and perfecting going into both areas, built from scratch, a Kris Flynn original design.
To read him being accused of splashing a prop? Crazy. Not only would that be the last thing I could ever believe to hear said about him, but that's not even possible.
From what I know of Kris, he is not affiliated with the Cocr props, as far as the molding and selling of such props, he doesn't even work for them. His statement was clearly sarcastic, I doubt he expected anyone to take it serious.
I agree with my brother, posts like these hurt more than they help. We are already a small group of the RC world as it is, there is no need for such divisions.
Lock it down, move on. Any further posts would be redundant to what has already been said.
