Bill, this FE cat is being built to try and exceed 130mph its all CF and I thought maybe it would need a higher torque servo to hold the rudder straight on those "SAW" runs, will try these first ...I am going to need a few more of the same servos I already got from you....in a few weeks...again...

sure hope HobbyWing/Turnigy step up there offerings to fill this void...there 180 amp has worked flawlessly for me....if they could put out a 240 amp 6-10S as good, they could be the go too...

No prob here in NC, actually it was just the opposite this past summer and fall to much rain flooded several of our club ponds. Hope things get better for those in the west... DJ

I tried Turnigy motors in warbirds and ducted fans...the motor shafts bend easy, not a major prob with boats. Pull bell check wiring and epoxy points....personally the NEU is a better deal in the long run ...performance, buying once, quality....DJ

Not to start something ! But it looks like the rule makers are anti FE or totally not wanting the competition from FE boats. I agree with Don and Kelly. This is going to create a possible dangerous situation....DJ

Converting a Nitro to electric can be an interesting project...building a hull designed for FE, could actually perform better. ..NEU 1527 8S set up right 60 - 70 mph boat...proven combo in 1/8 scale ...using this in my GP400 and 1/8 scale....DJ
