First of all I want to thank you Mr. Greg Hahn, your building thread is a true inspiration for me.
My further thanks to Tony Minalia of Classicthunder.org who has helped me with numerous detailed images of the original boat. He always has an answer to my many questions, thank you again for...
another question.
I know that the boats run only on three points.
the two edges of the running surfaces of the sponsons and the half-submerged propeller, right?
But what about when I place the boat without strut installed on a flat underground?
the shorter rear shoe would still be standing...
I don't think so Mike
if the t-6 boat run under the valken sponsorship, how can you explain this pic?

The orange, red and yellow U-5 Graham and the U-5 Formula.com was always the formerly Miss Budweiser U-1 T-6 boat.
As you can see the Valken can't be...
The formerly " Born on Date 15 June 00" T-6 Boat called the U-1 Miss Budweiser (all red) became the U-5 Formulaboats.com (all red) and running now as the U-5 Graham Trucking (yellow, orange and red).
The three Formular/Budweiser Boats T-3 T-5 and T-6 running at the moment under 3 different...
This part of the build drives me insane too.
The 4inch wide Engine compartment area of Mike's Framekit doesn't match to the parts of Mitch Dillard.
So i built this one on my own style and make a mould.
The building thread of Greg Hahn here on IW was a true inspiration for me...
Work in progress.
At the moment I'll build the plug for a T-6 Cowling and Driver Capsule that will fit perfect for mike's MHR 001 1/10 scale Frame Kit. i hope the molds will be ready in a few weeks to pull some parts.
Juergen
but i have another question to all the pro's out there.
a seller near by me in germany sells a kind of front canard flaps for this boat, did this boat ever run with this flaps?
I ask because this looks pretty cool.

Take your time during construction. Some need a year or longer to build a boat
and if you have any problems then post it here and it surely helps somebody ;)
come on think about yourself a little and you'll see the best ideas come during the construction.
read the numerous construction reports on intlwaters and make you self thoughts what exactly do you want for yourself.
to build a boat by yourself is the target and to learn from mistakes is the...
