    Boating in Southern Illinois?

Yeah, I live between Harrisburg and Marion. Looked at River City's site.....looks like a good club. I'll keep on building in the "off-season," but I plan to attend at least some of the events in Evansville next year. I'm not a racer, but a builder and like I said I have never actually run a boat...

Specifically, I'm planning on running an O.S. .46 VX-M in a modified Dumas Quickie 40. LHS has very limited parts....just want to know what I might be giving up (or...

How do you support your habit?

Currently the maintenance engineer at a Peabody coal mine in Kentucky. In charge of keeping all the continuous miners, ram cars, and roof bolters running.....so you all have lights and A/C, haha. Not a bad job, pays the bills. Before that, was a mechanic on a nuclear submarine in the Navy. So...

    painting gelcoat

Thanks...I guess I should look around this place before I start asking questions...seems as if a lot of the anwers I need are already here.....anyways, yes, "cadzilla" is a Billy Gibbons '49 caddy. Mine is a '63......a daily driver. My other is a '59 Olds....the classic car scene was a budget...
