There are various places, depends what you want, just to name a few:

The guys that sell Zenoahs such as M&D, Midwest, BH Hanson, Rocket City racing ( the last one has a pretty nifty site were you can actually see all the parts).

What Julius said. And add to the list Aeromarine, and Marine Specialties. They both advertise in RC Boat Modeler magazine and give good service.
