Where can I get a Miss Vegas stuffing tube

This is the .150 nylon tube. Part AQUB6223. Everywhere I look they are on back order till late December. Anybody use something else or something from a different Mfg. Thought it would come in my order from tower today, but just opened the box and found out its back ordered.
