Piston orientation on K&B 7.5 inboard.

Putting back together a K&B 7.5 inboard. Forgot which way the piston faces. This piston has the teflon plug for the wrist pin. Does the teflon plug side of piston face the intake or the exhaust side. I beleive it faces the intake (carburetor side). If you put it facing the exhaust port side then the pin will slide out.
Just adking for confirmation on this. Thanks.

Yes, the intake side. As you have already said, the engine will self destruct if the teflon plug faces the exhaust port
